What we never charge for
We are an advertising platform — not an estate agent. We take no commission on rent or sale, hold no deposits or rent, offer no escrow, and never negotiate on anyone’s behalf. Service providers pay only for advertising and leads visibility; you contract with them directly.
All prices include applicable VAT; invoices are issued through eTIMS. Refunds: Access Passes are credited back when an advert is removed for fraud. Auto-renewals can be cancelled anytime in account settings.
