We process personal data (names, phone numbers, advert content, approximate and exact locations, enquiry text) to operate the advertising platform, under the Data Protection Act, 2019 (Kenya).

Exact locations and contacts are published only after an Access Pass reveal, and only to the revealing user. Photos are stripped of EXIF location data at upload. Verification stores attestation results rather than documents wherever possible.

Marketing (SMS/email/WhatsApp alerts) is sent only with recorded opt-in consent, withdrawable anytime in account settings. Processor agreements cover hosting, analytics, SMS and payment providers.

You may request access, correction, export or deletion of your data via account settings or contact. We retain invoices where required by tax law. Breaches are notified to the ODPC within 72 hours where required.
