Advertiser terms

By publishing an advert you confirm accuracy of size, price, availability and images, and your right to advertise. We run quality checks (phone, identity, documents, existence) — these do not guarantee title, condition or tenancy outcomes.

Advertising fees are payable per package; VAT applies; eTIMS-compliant invoices are issued. No fee is charged on rent, sale or service outcomes. Featured placements are labelled as such.

Prohibited: false or misleading claims, duplicate spam, unlicensed financial or credit offers, adverts for anything unlawful, and harvesting revealed contacts. Breach leads to takedown, fee forfeiture for fraud, and possible suspension.

You grant us a licence to display your advert content, indemnify us against third-party claims arising from your advert, and accept that verification badges may be withdrawn if checks lapse or reports are upheld.
